I am building a "memory box" for a relative with the invitation fixed to the top of a maple box. I am considering either glueing or laminating the invitation using spray adheasive or acrilic plastic sheets. My problem is I wanted to finish the box with lacquer from a spray can. What can I use to spray over the plastic laminite sheets or over the cardstock invitation. I do not want to have to use spray equipment to finish this small box.
Any ideas on what type of finish or ways to cover the invitation and seal it in.
Thanks,
Mark

Mark, you can lacquer sanding sealer over just about anything....you can get in a spray can also..after a couple of coats, light sand and start putting on the finish
