My new Grizzly G0661 TS was delivered today. What great service - I ordered it on Monday and didn't expect it until Monday or Tuesday next week. Pictures will be forthcoming. :D

Congratulations. That's a good looking saw - especially with the riving knife built in. You'll like that.

Grizzly is fast. It's only two days when they ship to me here in eastern Oregon.

I know, I know. Started assembly tonight. Waiting for the mobile base to arrive and then gotta find 2 friends (who may become former friends) to turn it upright. Then photos.

Not knocking Grizzly, their customer service people are nice, but I think they too have fallen into the "robotic employee trance" like so many other companies.

I've run into this with Grizzly's order desk twice now . . .

The last time I had ordered a large vise. I was told it was back-ordered 2 to 3 weeks. I said OK. It did not come, I called back, they said 2 to 3 weeks again ! ! ! It did not come . . . I called back and got the 2 to 3 weeks routine again, so told them to just cancel the order . . .

Right then the girl says, well how about if we ship it to you TODAY? I said how, it's back ordered. Then she informs me that "THE PARTICULAR" shipping point that would normally service my area was out of the vises, but another service center had 7 of them. They had 10+ two months before. Two days later I had a vise.

Steven, I contacted Grizzly and was assured that there was no stock for this item in any of their locations. Thanks for the tip though, it will be good to know for future orders.

This isn't Jim's saw, but I'm gonna guess they look pretty much the same. Finally got mine setup and squared. All ready to go.

You are correct. It is the Osborne EB-3. I also bought the Infinity Super General 40T blade.
