Outfeed/Infeed supports, Roller vs Single Bearings vs Slider.

I prefer to use just an ordinary piece of 1.5 inch white plastic sewer pipe for the piece to slide across, as a long roller if not perfectly aligned will make the piece want to cant to one side or the other and result in binding at the saw blade. There are also the single roller bearings which can be fastened to a cross support and essentially work similar to just sliding as there is not tendency to cant sideways unless they are tilted slightly on one end of the support.

What do you use and/or is there something better?

none, just an outfeed table/bench

I guess that would qualify as a slider. LOL

Same here, just an attached table with poly on it to make it slick.

I would be leery on the single points they could leave single or long running dents if piece is heavy or not set down very gently.

I use my son(s). I don't see that option! :D

If/when I make one it will probably be just a table too.

None of teh above; I have a large outfeed table behind my TS that will support most of a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood without it tipping. On the infeed side I use my shop stool which has an adjustable center portion that acts as a third hand in the shop. I think the plans for the stool came from Wood Magazine a number of years ago.
