Anyone have the jet white paint color formulation?? I am painting my lathe cabinet and want it to match. If not I will bring the tail stock to the local paint store to match.

Thanks
Tom

Take your tailstock to Home Depot or similar.
Their computer will match it very very closely.

Why not take the banjo, it would be much lighter.

Now there's a dedicated Jet fan...... I bet that would look awesome.

Randy Privett paints the base of his monster hollowing rigs to match the lathe color. Mine matches my Jet. Maybe he could help.

Real men would carry the head in.

Besides, my banjo is so full of finish gunk it would not ever be the right color. But you are right, the banjo, if in good fiddle, would be the way to go.

Tom, I use the Rustoleum "CANVAS WHITE" in the rattle can and it is a dead ringer for the Jet white. Should be able to get it most anywhere paint is sold.

Tom, from the pic in your avatar you look like a big enough kid to carry the whole lathe into the paint store. But I'd just leave the dang cabinet wood colored cause it's supposed to be covered in shavings anyway.

Krylon Ivory was a very close match when I had my Jet gear...

Simple, go to the store and grab some mayonnaise. It's really quite easy...mayo or mustard. Nothing to match up.

It is bad enough I had to carry it in pieces from my truck into my shop and then put the thing together by myself!
