I know signmakers sometimes use Alcuobond, Dibond, Reynobond, and the like for signs.

Anyone know what type of outfit might sell the special router bit for folding this material? Onsrud makes a bit for this and I would guess there has to be some sort of outfit in the Minneapolis area that sells this bit.

Just did a job where I needed one but had no time to order it so I used a simple 120 degree bit and routed it leaving .6mm of material - worked perfectly.

I just use regular bits designed for wood. The pvc center is soft and the aluminum is very thin so it's really not a problem.

just a standard 120 or 90 degree v bit will work, just cut down all the way to the the back of the aluminum you will be folding. also don't bend it back and forth more than once or twice ... it will break.
