Hard to find Pen Kits?

Okay- I'm having a really hard time finding a specific style of pen kit and I was wondering if anyone on here had looked for it as well. I'm wanting a black enamel click style pen kit. Has anyone ever seen one like this? Or know where I can get one??

Ken- Those are the twist style mechanism as opposed to the click style mechanism.

Jim - Those are nice kits, but I might need something a little less pricey for what I've got in mind.

Rich - The Slim Line Pro from PSI is a black Titanium Nitride. I'm looking for something in a matte finish.

I'm able to get some Camo style acrylic pen blanks and I'm going to make some pens for my friends in the military.

The photos show it as both but reading it...it sounds like a twist.
