I have heard there isnt much to do there. This is from recollections of 10 and 30 years ago though.
Was thinking of Jost Van Dyke Island to be precise. Its a 4 mile long island.

Thanks

We vacationed in Tortola in the early 1990s. Beautiful beaches, a paradise. Had a fantastic dinner at the Sugar Mill Plantation down the road from our beach front hotel. Didn't make it to Jost V D.

Craig,

What would you like to know. I have been with an uncle salling in the BVI numerous times. We have anchored in the jost van dyke harbor to spend the night many times. All we have ever done is some snorkling and rum drinking. Much more of the later. You can go to shore and have some food at the resturant, the name excapes me at the moment. They usually have 3 things on the menu steak, lobster, or fish and lots and lots of RUM. I dont know if I would go there unless you stop there sailing. There isn't much to do other than sit on the beach. Unless that is your thing then have at it. I can only do it for an hour or to and them I am jittering because I need to do something.
