Anyone have preferences? I am about to finish my homemade 12" disc sander and am in the market to now buy some discs. I have found anything from $2.50 to $5.00+ per sanding disc. Does brand REALLY make that much difference?...as long as they are aluminum oxide? (I assume they still last about the longest.) Can't wait to try this puppy out... I hooked up that "other" 1.5 HP motor (wired 220) for this application...yeah, overkill, but ya gotta use what ya got! :D
