Having a day job now at the waterfront makes this time of year a lot more interesting. Today the navy/coast guard ships showed up for fleet week.
They sailed in formation with fireboat escort. One guy in a jet ski got too close and was busted. See the pictures on the link below, taken from my office window.
BTW we set a record for all time at 102F today in Seattle, those sailors lined up in uniform must have been cooking. Tomorrow the Blue Angels start practicing for the weekend air show.
