Question about Diablo router bits

Hello,

I’ve just ordered and used some Freud router bits, and I like them. My local HD and Lowe’s don’t carry them, but Home Depot sells Diablo router bits, which I understand, is a line of Freud.

Has anyone used Diablo bits, and if so, how do they compare with Freud?

Some companies you can rely on to give you great products most of the time. Some sell different lines to cater to the market. Home Depot is going to want less expensive stuff for the do-it-yourselfer's out there. I have a couple diablo bits, but they are the ones that I didn't forsee needing to run production with. So it really depends on your need whether it is a good bit or not. Diablo is good because they are inexpensive, but I certainly would not expect long life from them.
