Last night my jasper jig cracked under the weight of my dw-625. Does anyone make a metal alternative that is like the jasper jig with 1/16 increments pre-marked? I like the jasper jig because there is no measuring involved and for my applications (building speakers, mostly) the 1/16 increments are precise enough. I think a jasper jig made out of 1/4 inch machined aluminum would be well worth the cost, but does it exist?

Thanks.

There is a Company in the UK "Trend" that has a whole slew of router jigs of high caliber and precision( and cost) http://www.trend-uk.com/en/US/

They have a router Compass that looks like it'd be easy-peasy to make from Jig Plate Alum in the shop
