Wiring question for power feeder.

I recently bought a Maggi 1/2 hp power feeder which came w/o instructions. It is 230 volt and has three wires, one is solid blue, one is solid brown and the other is striped yellow and green. I am guessing the solid wires are for the hot, but since it is a guess, I am asking for help.

You are correct, in Europe the colour code would go

Brown Line

Blue Neutral

Green/Yellow Ground

In the USA

Brown Line 1

Blue Line 2

Green/yellow Ground
