Durofix-excellent customer service

I bought a Durofix 12v cordless drill about 3 years ago at Costco. I use it all the time & the other day I noticed that one of the battery casings was cracked. I called them up to buy a new one, they said send it in & we'll send you a new one, no charge. A new one came yesterday & it was free. That's what I call excellent customer service
