My wife would like a new kitchen faucet, the faucet we now have only has 1 hole and we would like to switch to a 3 hole design, so how easy is it to drill the corian, can I use a holesaw at a low speed?? Just dont want to mess up a really nice counter.

Corian drills, routes or saws about like a VERY hard wood! It makes lots of fine dust that sticks to everything! Use of a piloted hole-saw bit should give you the results you need. The new holes in the sink will be hidden anyhow! Just drill the correct size hole the first time, AND drill it exactly where needed! GoodLuck!

Chip is right Corian is nothing but hard plastic. It routes, drills and sands easily and can be repaired no matter what happens to it so don't worry too much about drilling a hole. Even major repairs can be accomplished with a router and a piece of scrap Corian.
