Can I vector cut this?

I am wondering if I can vector cut with this material?


Its called Speedy-Stamp Carving Block, size is 4" x 6".

The manufacturer describes it as high density rubber, if that's true yes, it should cut safely. On the other hand, I cannot find any MSDS sheet for it, so there's no way to tell if it might contain unsafe elements such as PVC in the formulation. To be safe, I would suggest writing to the manufacturer to ask them if it's laser safe or at least whether it might contain any PVC.
