How to make kitchen table profile

Hi,

I need to make some meters of a profile of oak as shown in the attached picture (dimensions mm, sorry:)). I have a planer, jointer, table saw and a router table. No band saw. What is the best way to make such a profile?

Tablesaw or planer or both. If you need the angled edge to be mill free then the planer should be used for a last pass. Cut the angle on the tablesaw leaving about 1/32" left over. Make a jig so the angle will be milled through the planer.
