The photo says it all.
Looking for the best method to cut these stool legs so that they're all even and parallel to the floor.

Scribe them relative to the workbench top, then cut to the line with a handsaw.
Alternately you could take a piece of wood the thickness of the amount you want to cut off, cut a hole in it so the leg can stick through, then just saw away with the saw resting on the spacer. This technique was discussed here in another thread, I think.

Use the Vegas doubling system.
Cut one, double it on the next one, double that on the next, until you are flat on the floor.

And if you scribe all the way around the leg, you can check your cut as you saw.
