Up date on my lathe motor that broke, I mailed out the info they wanted last tuesday registered letter wanted to make sure they got it . They got it on friday and I got my new motor today. That is good service if you ask me ,You never no with warranty if your going to get jacked around.
I give A+ for Jet tools & WMH Tool group on this one . Now all I have to do is get it put on and that will be tonight after work .

Thanks for the update Joseph. Happy new motor. Assume that they want you to return the "old" one so they can investigate the problem?

Im going to call them in the morning , they never said to send it back,there was not instructions in the box at all .
But the new motor runs like a top.
