This black cherry HF is 8X5?. Finished with 3 coats of DO and 3-wheel buffed. Bug decoration was furnished at no charge to myself. Those bugs sure do make getting a wall thickness spot on...Bill..

David, I use the Beahl(sp?)buffing system. Also I decided to start using the finish I LIKE rather than worrying what a buyer in the store might prefer. Hope its not a poor decision on my part but....

That sure is pretty, Bill. Although not much for carrying water :D. Excellent piece of work and I think you made the perfect choice for the finish.

Bill, its not a poor decision..I think it looks great Im just use to seeing ultra gloss......

Absolutely gorgeous piece Bill. I love the finish, I really think that it brings out the natural beauty of the wood much more that the high gloss. Beautiful wood too.

very nice, i try to find wood that may have a void or holes to turn because of that
