I do so enjoy turning these NE bowls. Seems like instant gratification not having to twice turn and wait for that long long drying out period. This one is 7X3.5 high and rests on 3 carved feet. Finished with 3 coats of satin poly and a hand rub-out. I even remembeed to show the bottom view this time!:D...Bill..

Bill it looks great! I like the feet how do you do them? Do you leave the bottom heavy and dermal it to finish?

Bill - great looking bowl! Nice work keeping all the bark on! Love the color of the piece, the carved feet and how thin you managed to turn the bowl! Very nice work!

Good job William, like you I love to turn NE bowls. I admire the foot you produced and the fact that you got the walls thin and the bark still intact!
