PSI Long Ranger lll

Just got my remote PSI LONG RANGER lll switching system installed. Program the transmitter to the receiver, went through the steps and I cannot get it to work. The transmitter has a little red light on it and it does not light up. The unit does have a good battery in it. The light may not work until it is program. Does anyone know?

I have same remote. I don't know what problem could be - but first check compatibility (110 vs 230 volts), second check if everything plugged in and your DC plugged to remote outlet. I know this is obvious, but I did so many obvious mistakes and screw my head after:D.

call psi; they were very helpful when i bought my cyclone, etc from them (particularly art)

Did call PSI today and they are shipping me a new transmitter free of charge.
