I saw this in "Country Sampler" mag. 20yrs +/- ago. took our cast iron skillet, traced and cut with jig saw, routed edges and made from 3/4" pine .

The wife said, "Can you do this with the laser?"

This is my CDR version. Cut from 1/4" birch ply from "Lowes".

Both can hang on wall. One, is for picnics and can be stood on table.
