Indy Italic Anybody ? ? ?

Hey guys I know what font I need "indy italic". And found it for 29.00 dollars. I just need one word spelled and would hate to waste 29 bucks with no return for a stab in the dark marketing run. I mean if the guy buys a lot of stuff I have no problem purchasing a license.
