Both of these are roughly 5 1/2" diameter and 3/16 or so thick. The Bois d'Arc is about 3 1/2" tall and I used a wire to burn the outer edge. The Aromatic Cedar is about 4" tall. Both are finished with Minwax Wipe-On Poly

Cody, those are great. The edge on the Bd'A really adds to it.

Cody, those are both really pretty. The lids ared different than I've seen, are they painted? They look good whatever they are. Nice work.

Thanks for the comments, y'all. They are appreciated.
Curt, those are what's called Cloisonne lids. I think the colored part is enamel. They are pretty and look good with certain woods. I got them from CSUSA.

Cody,
Lovely work on both the items. The shapes are very pleasing to the eye and like you, I use the wipe on poly a lot and it does a great job of showing them off.
