Buzzard

I live here in Hinckley, home of the buzzards. I wanted to do a buzzard project, but the design had me kind of stumped. After spending a bit of time watching them soar overhead the design idea came to me. Its about 12 inches long with wheels and box made of cherry. The cloud and bird parts are made of walnut. The paint is Rustoleum with a varnish topcoat. And yes, I feed them during the summer.:)

Nice Gary.. I love those walnut wings. I've never seen a buzzard with wheels but... admittedly, I don't get out as often as I should. :)
