Does anyone know the web page that has the illustrations of poorly jointed boards? It then tells you how to correct for each situation. Examples like convex, concave, tapered etc.. I have seen it posted several times and I never bookmarked it.

Jeff provided the better link. I repair machinery and it's the clear simple site to use for your issues. Hintz means well but doesn't have the experience or expertise.

Jeff,

That's the one! I will be sure to book mark it this time.

It's strange, my issue seems to be the condition caused by out feed table too high. But I had the knives dead on to + .001". Sure enough dropping the table just a bit more cured it. Do you think dull knives can cause this? My good jointer's knives are set dead on and that is what works.

James, yes you can get everything working just right, then use the machine some and I guess wear the blades just enough that you need to adjust the outfeed table again. This is especially true after you installed just sharpenend knives.
