This bowl has very nice clean lines and comes across great. It is getting more difficult to see a well done piece nowadays that is really a woodturning. For example, look at the cover of your latest Packard catalog.

Looks perfect for popcorn, which is now making me hungry. Nice bowl.

Mike - that is a great looking bowl! Really like how you slanted the rim inward! What did you use for a finish?

Mike, I really like the darkness of the main bowl with the little pool of lighter wood in the bottom! Simple finish and nice shape for me, keep them coming we will shoot them down or raise them to the sky with praise!

Neat bowl and I like it but gotta agree with Alex! I'm off to get the popcorn started and don't wanna get butter on the key board!...Bill..

That's a beauty! I like the slight flair toward the rim. And the wall thickness is perfect for me, a nice solid feeling bowl.

Thanks for all the kind words. I made this bowl for my wife to use as a fruit bowl. So popcorn isn't to fare off.

I finished it with a least a dozen coats of salad bowl oil.

Great bowl, I love the line of it, and the finish is perfect for a fruit bowl, at least IMO.
