I just made a handle for my 2 cherries saw..I was practicing for another saw that was grandpa's ( didnt want to mess it up ) and this is alot harder than it looks...I have a new respect for yall that do this and make it look easy.....well anyway here is the one I made...cherry burl with wallnut plugs

that's a pretty handle, looks a lot like the Gramercy handle. I made one of the gramercy saws a while back and the hang didn't work for me. Hope you have better luch than I did and you've certainly got a nice looking saw.

The timber plugs instead of screws is an interesting idea. How have you minimised the saw holes wearing the wooden plugs and loosening the handle?

Peter, I have a metal pin in the hole and the wallnut plug just covers the pins
