Try Springfield leather too...

Oval (http://www.springfieldleather.com/storefront/productdetail.aspx?idproduct=6906) then put a hole in it for split ring, or Key Fob (http://www.springfieldleather.com/storefront/productdetail.aspx?idproduct=6897) type. These are unfinished, so you'll need to get hardware and a stain/finish.
