I had to call the a loan company to make some changes to my account.
The lady that answered was from India and I had a hard time understanding her.
So I asked at point blank are you an American, She said "No".
I responded that I wanted to talk to an American and she kindly transfered my call to an American.
I think we should all ask to speak to an American when we are connected to an off shore call center.
With the current state of the economy we should create a demand for stateside jobs by asking to speak to an American.
Let us bring the jobs home
