I just sold my Joyner side by side buggy to a customer for cash and a list of tools a page long. On the list of tools are a Powermatic A66 230/440 3 horse cabinet saw, a Delta 8" jointer, a 230V delta radial arm saw, 230V industrial 13" planer, 26" edge sander, 230V Rockwell shaper including rail & Style & panel bits and a gently used Biesemeyer 52" fence. I also got boxes of kitchen harware, a dust collector and a few dozen pipe clamps.

Too bad you are so far away. I have a Craftsman RAS I'd give you. Anyone in the Tucson area, PM me and you can have it.

What's a Joyner side by side, one of those off road looking golf carts?

Nice score Bill! As much as I like fun in the sand, I think you got the better end of the deal. I'll have to see if I have anywhere to put a RAS and get back to you. Thanks for the offer either way, it's very generous of you.

I still have this car and this motor. This car has a GM 4.3 V-6 for now. If I can ever afford the transmission it'll take to use this motor, I'll swap this powerplant into the car. In the mean time, this motor if one of the finest paper weights in the business.:D

That motor is an unusual animal. It is a SB chevy with the 4 middle cylinders removed and the front and back 1/2s put back together and a new block cast to make a V-4. It's 600hp and 550lbs of torque. It's an alcoholic to the Nth degree. It gets 2.5 gallons of alcohol in 1/4 mile. I look at it this way, if I sell the motor, I get more woodworking tools. If I put it in the car and sell the car,,,,,I get more woodworking tools. Win,Win.:D:D:D (That could be my VB36 lathe I've dreamed of for years.)
