A few years ago I purchased the cabinet/drawer hardware from Rockler for my Mission style bookcase/display cabinet. (2 door pulls and 7 drawer pulls). Long story short, I was starting to install the drawer hardware recently and 5 of the 7 drawer pulls were bad, e.g. the mounting holes were not in line. I had no receipt and I ordered them probably 4 or 5 years ago.
I contacted Bill at Rockler Technical Support and after a couple email exchanges I received 5 replacement pulls in the mail today with postage paid return card to mail the defective hardware back to Rockler.
I call that Great customer service!
