Can you vector cut and engrave in the same file? I tried on some acrylic
and it wanted to engrave at the same power and speed as vector.

Check your vector line is a true hairline and anything you raster has width
Check your colour palette in corel and the elements in your drawing corresponds to the drivers...

Rodney is right. Check your lines widths. Also make sure color management is off in Corel.
With that being said, I have had a similar problem. I raster in black and do vector cuts in red. Sometimes, the machine will get done rastering and then use the raster settings for the vector cuts which, or course, don't cut properly. I go back and check the drawing (it's typically fine) and re-send it to the machine and it works fine. I have reloaded the driver with no luck. It happens so infrequently that it's hard to troubleshoot. I do believe there is a bug somewhere, it just may be between my ears.

My vector was a hairline in black. My raster was a red solid fill with no outline.

I use red hairlines to vector cut.

Doug

That means your problem is the same as mine since it applied your settings for black to something you had in red. What version of your driver are you using?
