Does anyone have a recommended source to find a new vacuum gauge?? I'm upgrading my system and the old gauge is different threading compared to the new set-up.

Thanks.

Greg,

I'm sure there are lots of places to purchase vacuum guages but the only source I know of is Joe Woodworker's web site.

Greg, The Surplus center has them and so does, McMaster Carr, Grainger and other suppliers like that. Most auto parts places have them too for air conditioning system recharges. The ones at surplus center are pretty inexpensive only a few bucks. Here is another link to some.

Lots of places have them but I built my system using parts from Surplus Center. Here is just one of the gauges to choose from: http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2008032414383046&item=2141&catname=air

Northern Tools sells a few different models, that's where I got mine - it works great - just don't waste a trip to the store, it's online or catalog only. Mike

I bought mine from Harbor Freight, it came with some "stuff" I didn't need, but it was cheaper then any other source

This is the one I bought from HF:

It works really well. List price is $12.99. I got it with a coupon for 9.99. All things considered it was a good deal and having it right in my hot little hand the day I needed it was a great thing.
