Manzinita pen

Jim Carter left a message a while back that he had some manzanita for use if someone would use them for the Freedom Pen project. I jumped on the offer, and finally have the first pen done. I think they look pretty good;).

The wood is manzinita branch wood, the kit is the PSI Funline Comfort pen with chrome finish, and the finish is CA with a coat of carnuba wax, all applied on the lathe.

Forgot to mention, the sticks in the first photo are some of the branches he sent. Still have a small pile to use to make pens for the Freedom Pen Project:D.
