Chuck Nickerson took my carving class today. He did a great job carving the flower which was the class project (maybe he'll post a picture of his flower).

The class was a lot of fun. Mike's material was well presented, through, and non-dogmatic. I went home and spent Sunday setting up a honing/sharpening workstation. My first project is an image from the "Book of Kells": three Irish wolfhounds chasing each other in a circle.
