I just cleaned up the shop and thought I should take some shots of some of my winter activity. (I finally uncovered the studio-in-a-box)
The first is Oak, end grain, spalted, stabilized with CA.
The second is Apple, turned green and allowed to dry in a paper bag, finished in Danish Oil.
The others are Locust, finished in Wipe-on Poly.

I like them all! I'm a real fan of NE stuff, and you've made some great pieces. I think the Red Pine is my favorite.

Steve, those are some very nice bowls. I like the red pine. The form and colors are great. i'm still new to woodturning. I would love to get in to natural edge and also hollow forms. Thanks for posting this.
