Letter Templates

Does anyone know where I can get router letter/number templates in 3" and 8" sizes?

I have only ever seen them in 2 inch....

I use my hobby grade CarveWright to make signs.

Someone with a CNC could make them for you? Even on a CarveWright....:)

The Milescraft unit sold by Woodcraft and others includes a 2½" set - close enough?

I have used this device for several signs, etc. It takes some practice, and add-ons to make it useable (like shims under the rails to prevent sagging).

Thanks for the ideas fellas! I am going to continue looking into the possibility of having a machinist friend of mine make me a set or I will make a set out of hardboard.
