Anybody ever kill termites in the wood? How?

if you put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. or there are bug killers to soak wood in. microwave wods best i think.

i have had bug still alive in peices that soaked in dna for more than a week

I have a structural pest license so I am very familiar with most termites. In reality they are pretty fragile insects. Pretty much anything like lacquer thinner, DNA etc. should kill them As long as it comes in contact with the nymphs.
