Ok, I picked up a Ryobi 10" drill press for 30 bucks. It works, needs a little cleaning of surface rust but over all in great shape.

Only problem is the power switch is broke, guy thought it was missing just the safety key but when I took it off to look at it, it fell apart :(

Is there anywhere I can buy a new one of would i be better off just wiring in another regular switch?

Also,

In the mean time anyone know which wires would I connect to just have it on?

There are two white and two black. On the switch white went on top and black on bottom..

I don't remember off hand how the wires are supposed to be. I wired a light into the switch on mine. I will look and see if I have the owners manual handy. I would guess you could order a replacement, but I would think a toggle switch would work just as well.

The internet is your friend . . .

The manual is here: http://www.ryobitools.com/product_manual/file_url/39/DP102L_641_eng.pdf

And parts stuff here: http://www.ryobitools.com/product_manual/file_url/38/DP102L_641_r.pdf

Looks like white to white and black to black(smooth), black(ridge) appears to be the light? Proceed at your own risk.

I just traced the wire, white and black from power to switch, black and white from switch to motor So..

Black to Black
White to White.

I am going to put a small Round button switch in place of it. Pull on push off
