I recently acquired my first band saw. It's an old Atlas 914. It came dirty, rusty, but functional. I have never owned a band saw before.
I spent several days disassembling, cleaning, readjusting, and testing. It runs good for it's age, maybe 2-3 yrs younger than me!
I am currently trying to fabricate a ball bearing guide set for it.
The Atlas came with only one blade, no miter, and no fence. Does anyone know of plans for home made or commercially available accessories that would work on this saw?
