I made a corner lumber rack which I want to conceal behind 2 frame and panel doors. I am using 1x4 popular for frames with a 1/4 inch ply inserted in grooves. Door # 1 is 25x49 and door #2 is 25x35.

Will pocket hole joinery suffice or should I deepen the grooves cut for panels to accomodate a 1 inch tenon

thanks.......this door will not get heavy use

Pocket joints are extremely strong especially when use with glue. You'll be safe. Mike I love you quote line from St Francis, I've never seen that.
