I am a novice, just completed my first project without a table saw. I used a festool saw and guide, router and sander. The project has 160 pieces of plywood ... It was a challenge to my skills and took 2 months.

Look prety good to me... Espacialy for something done out of plywood! I like the simplicity of it( not that it look simple to make or anything), no hardwear for the drawers, that is great! Look like you will use it as a shop furniture! What is it intended for?

David, It is for my shop that I am trying to get organized. I am 1/2 done with my next 24 drawer cabinet that is 5' high and I am using 3/8" plywood for the bottoms on this one. I am trying to practice making shop cabinets so that I can improve my skills. My goal is to build something for inside the house in the future.

Good job Ron, especially without a tablesaw. I like the design. That will give you a lot of good storage.

Looks good, I like that you lined up all the grain on the ply.. adds charecter..

That type of project takes a lot of patience..

That one looks really good now I think you need to build something with a few drawers in it to keep your small things....:D

That really does look nice and I like the way you matched the ply on the drawer fronts. I wish my first project would have looked that good.

Having made shop cabinets that don't look nearly as nice, I'm impressed!

A question: Did you do the dados with the Festool saw too, or did you use a router?

Russ, I used a festool router (1/4") and the guide rail that is the same one the saw uses. Once the guide is in place, it is a simple task to get the dados cut. I cut the dados first where I could and cut the plywood to width after that.
