I was searching for a definition of Mass Customization and some how came across it. Nad it just seems llike a really hard wahy to explain a simple concept.
But after I read that I think Im more confused.

a basic definition for a model of manufacturing. I didn't find it too difficult to understand.

I had no problem getting it. It was the excessive use of language to explain a relativity simple idea that I thought made it hard.

I had no difficulty understanding the article but agree that the excessive use of language did not impress me. I have known people in life that feel the need to impress us with their large vocabulary. I usually tune them out by thinking about things entertain me. I spent several years in the California State capitol recording hearings and recording the Legislature and Senate so I am a pro at tuning things out.
