Delta 16 1/2 drill press DP400 ?

Hello everyone thanks to Michael cody's post on the Lowes thread
looked at the deals at the lowes close to me and the 16 1/2 drill press looked good! They only had 2 in box and one display If I get a good responce I go pic one up!
Does anyone have one and how are they? I have been looking for a drill press and now's the time to get it.(I hope)

I blieve the DP400 is a 12" DP.
The 17-965 is the 16-1/2"

Actually Jim did get it right. I think the confusion comes from the recent change to the Shopmaster product line. What Lowes has is the Shopmaster DP400 - the 17-965 is part of the Industrial line.

Sorry Jim, no experience with that model. Though looking at the specs, the quill travel is a bit limited for such a large DP. (3-3/8")

Well I went and did it!!
It's in the garage now still in the box!!
It is the DP400 16 1/2 3 3/8 stroke
I will be there untill I get the new shop done(sorry no pics yet)
