Cherry Box

I haven't posted much lately as I've been busy carving walking sticks. I thought I had found a good outlet for turnings at a local state park, but as it turns out they saw my walking sticks and wanted to start out there, so I had to carve 10 of them. Anyway, my wife wanted something to put a pin into for a birthday gift for a friend, so I made this cherry box. It is 5 1/2" by 2 1/2 inches, finished with oil, buffed and ren wax. Thanks fo looking.
