I recently made some improvements to my router table that I thought some of you might like to see. I added hinges so the table top will tilt, and I made a box for dust collection. I put weatherstripping on the top edge of the box so it seals to the underside of table. Here are some links to the photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/37472807@N02/3504686634/

If you look in the box to the right on my Flickr page you'll see some dust collection setups I've put on some of my scroll saws.

Nice.
You may want to add a small blast gate to let some air in, and create a laminar flow. Otherwise, the router could get pretty hot.

What a lot of people with enclosed routers do is install a 4" dust collector blast gate in the side or bottom of the box. This will allow you to adjust how much airflow you get. You can, of course, connect that to your dust collector, though for cooling purposes, you need a source of air, and it is always questionable as to how much you get around the bit.

Good solution. Like Myk says; let some air in there so you get some velocity instead of a vacuum. Looks like you've got room to add some drawers for bits and accessories too. Nice job.
