AMT laminate trimmer-need a new base

I picked up an older AMT laminate trimmer but the clear plastic base was shot. I've been searching online for a suitable replacememnt and the closest I can find is the Makita 3707 or 3709. Anyone know what the diameter of the motor is? The AMT is 2 1/2" -2 5/8".

AMT was a very low end tool when they were around.
