Been busy after getting back home from my youngest sons place with spring clean-up, but still found some time before heading north-west again for just a little turning, this is a little 5½" X 3½" pot-like bowl that's about ⅛" thick for a the rim and a little thicker for the body part.

Nice form Leo! The wood is amazing! Love the color and the grain pattern! Glad to see you were able to get a little turning done - it's good for you! Thanks for sharing!

Leo, It sounds like you are as busy as the rest of us, spring is a great time to catch up with family and all the work that was forgotten last fall! Great job on the little pot, I have been turning lots of the siberian and american elm the last few weeks. I love the grain in all the elms!

Keep it up!

Jeff

Thanks Guys, just got here in Atikokan, with still some ice on the sheltered lakes and some snow between the trees at some places, but the temperature was nice today, and it is great to be with the other set of grandkids, and my son and DIL, we'll enjoy while we can.
Though the 1700 KM drive is time consuming (and gas) we do enjoy the drive otherwise.
