Can anyone tell me why I'm losing images on the top left hand corner of engraving table. I have a radius 30 watt. I have already tried cleaning the lens. Please help!

Hi George,

Can you be more specific with the "losing images?"

Are they not printing at all, partially printing or what?

Is it always the same area of the table exactly or only roughly?

A picture will help a great deal too.

Tring to do an image that is needed on the upper left hand corner of the table. The image is a ribbon with bells for a wedding photo frame. The right hand side is alot darker then the left side. Left side is not really visable. From the edge of the ruler it is not engraving about a 2 x 2 area across and down the left side.

Hi,

Check the level of the bed..

See the alignment of the beam, at all four corners of the machine

May be the lens would have got slightly tilted
